DJ Webb & Co offer a unique travelling service for the convenience of clients.

Our solicitors travel regularly to countries around the globe for personal interviews with clients and to provide additional assistance.

This is of particular interest to UK Investors and others wishing to receive the most convenient service possible.

CLIENT INTERVIEWS

We travel to meet clients at their home or place of business to fully inform them regarding their chances for UK entry and residence, and to assist them in preparing for the immigration procedures.

This is often requested by clients who find it difficult to travel to meet us in London or wish their application to be prepared urgently.

EMBASSY ASSISTANCE

We will travel to brief clients for interviews at Embassies, Consulates or High Commissions and may accompany clients to such interviews if requested.

This may be particularly helpful in difficult cases or where clients wish to have cases expedited as quickly as possible, and also in cases where clients already in the UK must leave the UK to change their resident status.

ENTRY ASSISTANCE

We will travel to accompany clients on their entry into the UK to assist in the entry procedure and ensure that it runs as smoothly as possible.

This may be particularly helpful in the case of new residents entering the UK for the first time, where clients or their families are not fluent in English, or where clients are entering from countries of which nationals are regularly refused entry.

To reduce costs, the solicitor will normally join the client for the last leg of their journey to the UK. We suggest clients requiring this service arrange to fly via Paris, Amsterdam or a convenient location for the solicitor to join them.

TRAVELLING SERVICE COSTS

An additional fee is charged for Travelling Service (based on time away from our office) plus travelling & accommodation costs .
